Before immigrating to Canada, John Davies was a member of many successful climbing expeditions in Europe, South America and Africa. After moving here with his family in 1993, he worked in the outdoor business before opening a store of his own. He decided to open Mountain Magic in White Rock, British Columbia where many residences share his enthusiasm for the outdoors. John's vision is to provide a wide selection of high quality gear at competetive prices. However, he manages to maintain an approachable staff with attention to detail.
